A focused three-day spring camp built to help triathletes prepare for early season 70.3 races. Expect coached sessions, brick workouts, open-water swims, and evening workshops.

You’ll get personalized feedback, guidance in nutrition and recovery, and the chance to train alongside a supportive community of athletes. From race simulations to focused workshops, this camp will sharpen your skills, boost your confidence, and reignite your motivation. Experienced triathletes — this camp is focused on preparation for spring 70.3 races, but there will be route options for experienced triathletes preparing for all distance races.
What should I bring?

Bike in working order, helmet, wetsuit (optional), running shoes, trail shoes, layers for variable spring weather.
Weather?

Spring weather is variable — cool mornings and mild days are typical. We'll plan sessions accordingly.
